Q: When can I expect my order?
A: All orders are processed within 2-3 days and sent via USPS 1st class shipping. You can expect your order to arrive 2-4 days in the continental US once it has been processed.
Standard Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US. For orders placed to deliver in Alaska and Hawaii, please allot additional time for delivery.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation with details about your purchase, along with your receipt, within 24 hours of placing your order.
Additionally, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information for you to review in real-time. And when your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via email as well.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping for orders of $35 or more is absolutely free for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If your subtotal is under $35, there is a flat fee of $3.99.
The flat rate shipping may not apply to promotions that indicate free shipping as part of the advertisement.
If you are ordering in bulk (25+ items), please contact us at support@stamiron.com for shipping cost information. Orders over 25 items, will not be processed automatically and may cause a delay in shipping if placed before contacting us at the email provided above.
Q: What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
A: There are no delays in orders processing and leaving our warehouse. However, due to Covid-19, there may be some delays once your package is in the hands of our carrier, USPS. Our orders are usually received within 2-8 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery dates can fluctuate.
Q: My package has been shipped but the tracking has not been updated.
A: USPS may take 24 hours to update the tracking link so the delivery status may not show in real-time as you package is in transit. While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, customer satisfaction is our top priority so please contact us (support@stamiron.com) if you have not received your package within 10 business days.
Q: My package was marked delivered but I have not received it.
A: While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, please notify us (support@stamiron.com) if you have not received your package within 48 hours after your shipping status shows “Delivered.”

A: Our “Satisfaction Guarantee” ensures that our customers enjoy our products that help support a healthy lifestyle. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us (support@stamiron.com) for an exchange or full refund.
